In these inspiring immersion experiences, connect with your true Self, ground into your powerful nature, and release that which does not serve you in this time of transformation. Topics will include body consciousness and communication, spirit guidance, subtle body protection, sound healing, manifestation, and the evolving archetypes that help to awaken our gifts and purpose.
In this time of great holographic transformation, it is vital for each one of us to renew and reawaken the Truth of our own power and gifts. Part of this unfurling of our integral nature as divine and human, we begin to let go of that which is no longer valid, that which is out of alignment with our highest Selves. Stepping into our power in this way creates a sacred vessel for or own alchemical rebirth. Tapping into our body wisdom and subtle communication, we are able to align and refresh, thus supporting continual development. As we walk our path of self-healing we also become way-showers to others and this dialectic of inspiration and mirroring supports the collective process of evolution.

- Grounding, clearing, and boundary protection exercises for subtle body hygiene
- Recognizing and releasing outdated thoughts and beliefs- the old stories that no longer serve
- Developing a Self-Care Intention Statement and the power of witnessing in sacred container
- Resonance and manifestation through alignment, clarity of intention, and connection to Source
- Vibrational medicine and experience of a sound healing ritual
- Time in nature to reconnect to ourSelves as intimately inseparable from the Earth and Spirit
